* Added libe57format port

* Formatted the manifest file

* vcpkg x-add-version --all

* From vcpkg_configure_cmake to vcpkg_cmake_configure

* Updated to vcpkg_cmake_config_fixup

* Fix version database and format vcpkg.json.
